The graphics and clip art images on this site are original and copyrighted works by Jim Sutton, and are not in the Public Domain. No royalty fees or usage fees are charged for their regular use, but certain legal and ethical restrictions do apply. Your use of any image on this site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use and your agreement to comply with them.

Our Terms of Use covers any and all images, animations, clipart, composites, digital footage, digital video, graphics, illustrations, motion sequences, photographs or any other visual representation together with all accompanying metadata and other material that may be obtained from this site, either directly or by any other source.

All images on this site are copyrighted and protected under the various laws of the United States, International treaties and other applicable laws. They shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Jim Sutton, www.JimsGraphix.com and www.GospelGifs.com . Use of any image is permitted only under the terms stated here. Any other use is copyright infringement.

Permitted Uses

You may download, back up and store individual images from this site for regular design use when building or modifying web pages, CD or DVD covers, posters, advertisements and promotions, brochures, stories, newsletters, greeting cards, magazines, newspapers, programs, menus, and similar items.

You may use JimsGraphix.com images on items for personal use or resale, including notebook binders, calendars, items of external clothing (such as shirts, jackets and hats), on cups, mouse pads, etc. (see exclusions under Prohibited Uses below), provided such use does not include the re-distribution, re-use of the images or access to the images apart from a product or service. Specific Permissions

On the web, in personal mail, email, church mailings, etc: For normal design use of images in emails, on personal web pages, in newsletters, etc., no special permission is required. You may use any JimsGraphix.com image on this site without special permission, so long as you include proper credit/copyright info with the image.

Printed Shirts, Caps, Etc: So long as the proper credit/copyright notice is always clearly displayed along with the printed image, JimsGraphix.com images may be printed onto t-shirts, coffee cups, mouse pads, posters, bumper stickers and other objects (except, of course, a book, catalog, sheet of multiple images, or a computer file/disk of images) to be distributed free or sold for fundraising or personal profit. WoodWorking: You may sell or give away items already cut/engraved/carved with JimsGraphix.com images. Any work created from your scroll pattern will need to include a JimsGraphix.com logo if it is given or sold to others.

NOTE: Scroll Saw, CNC, Other Patterns & Files: All JimsGraphix.com images are copyrighted and may only be distributed via our own sources. You may use these images to make scroll patterns for your personal use in producing an end product. You may not distribute the patterns or files themselves in any way, including free downloads, sales, via disk, etc. without specific, written permission.

Printed Publications: If you are printing a book, a Gospel tract, sheet music, CD, DVD or other album covers, a magazine, school newspaper, community newspaper, etc., you may use JimsGraphix.com graphics so long as proper credit is always given for the images. This does not include a disk or digital document of any kind, such as a PDF or MS Word document, or any printed publication used primarily to redistribute images. You may not use the images as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo. JimsGraphix.com retains the full rights to the images and therefore you cannot establish your own rights over them.

You may not use JimsGraphix.com images in any way that competes with JimsGraphix.com, GospelGifs.com, BestFreeChristian.com, or CA4C.com (ClipArt4Christians.com) or any other website, graphics service or distribution network owned by Jim Sutton, the artist and provider of these images. JimsGraphix.com exists to offer high quality family-friendly images to users world-wide. It is the specific intent of this provision to prohibit you from using our own images to compete, directly or indirectly, with this work.

You may not use JimsGraphix.com images in any product or service where the images can be used apart from a product or service. You may not use any JimsGraphix.com image in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal, either by making modifications to it, or the placement in the proximity to or arrangement with any accompanying text or images, or in any other way. You may not use JimsGraphix.com images to ridicule, mock, deride the Christian faith or the Jewish faith.

JimsGraphix.com images may not be used in any way to discredit or show contempt for any racial, ethnic or national group. Nor may these images be used on websites, in books or other publications, video productions or in any other printed, electronic or digital media owned or operated by an individual, group or corporate entity that engages in any of the practices listed and prohibited in this paragraph.

JimsGraphix.com images may not be used in any way that brings discredit to the name or Person of Jesus Christ, to His church, to the Christian faith, to the Holy Bible or the generally accepted and orthodox Christian teachings of Holy Scripture.
